Mr Iain Fossey

Iain joined the Cambridge team in September 2024 as Communications Coordinator, working across the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program and the Africa Climate Collaborative.

He's responsible for raising the profile of both programmes, demonstrating impact and engaging a diverse range of audiences from prospective scholars to partners in Cambridge.

Before the University of Cambridge, Iain led complex, multi-channel communications campaigns for the UK's leading dementia research charity, Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Previously, he worked for the Royal College of Physicians' International Office, where his responsibilities included supporting the establishment of a new College of Physicians for East, Central and Southern Africa.
